Day of Appointment
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled start time. The code for the bathroom access is 1945. If you are scheduled for Endermologie, please change into your endermowear, robe and relax in our lobby.

Cancelation Policy
No-Show Policy: A client scheduled for their first time at the practice will be charged the full amount of the initial deposit. Or, a client who has already purchased a package will forfeit one full prepaid service out of their package.
No-Show Definition: a no-show occurs when a client fails to arrive for a scheduled appointment without providing adequate notice 48 or 24 hours before your appointment or a client simply doesn’t arrive.
Multiple No-Shows: Clients with two or more no-shows within a 12-month period may be required to prepay for future appointments or may be discharged from the practice at the discretion of management. If the client has prepaid for a package of services and has multiple No-Shows, forfeit the remainder of their prepaid package and cannot transfer the remainder of the package to another client.
LATE ARRIVALSIf you arrive within 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to edit your service time for that day. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we will not be able to perform your service. This may be considered a no-show, and the above no-show policy will apply.
